A play on Carolina Gold style sauces. Onion and mustard powder bring out some rich depth, followed by the roast from the serrano and poblano peppers - this sweet and tangy sauce can be used for anything on the grill, salad dressing, to a dipping sauce for finger foods. 

Chris uses it on sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc. Basically, on almost everything!
